Cody Vesley (he/they) is a gay sober poet, dog dad, gym rat, queer rec sports athlete, Tex-Mex enthusiast, and tarot card reader originally from Waxahachie, TX. He writes primarily autobiographical poems touching on themes such as queerness, PTSD, mental health, addiction, recovery, love, familial history, and sex positivity. He has self-published two collections of poetry Usually About a Boy (2016) and Lovesick: A Quarantine Dream (2021).
